United Between Churches (UBC) is an organization based out of Tallassee that is composed of several different churches that put aside denominations to spread the word of God.

Several churches within the City of Tallassee and surrounding areas are coming together and standing united, putting aside denominations, to focus on a common goal of bringing young people to Christ. This group is known as UBC or United Between Churches. The goal of UBC is not to preach on denominational beliefs but to focus on saving the souls of young people. Each month we hold an event at a host church in the area and they provide us all with great fellowship, entertainment, and valuable life lessons we can all relate to.

The monthly events will take place on the fourth Sunday of each month at 7:30 p.m. and will last until 9:00 p.m., with the exception of holidays or other community events. There will not be a monthly event in December so that everyone may spend time with his or her families. All Youth Ministers in the area meet on the second Monday night of each month at 7 p.m. at East Tallassee Baptist Church.

The schedule for 2008 UBC events has been made and will include these dates and locations:

  • East Tallassee Church of Christ - September 28th
  • Elam Baptist Church - October 26th
  • East Tallassee Baptist Church - November 16th

We encourage parents to take part in these area activities and any activity we do as a group. Family participation is great. We love to see parents attend events with their children.
