Tallassee Industrial Park   

South of Tallassee and adjacent to the Entrepreneur Center, Tallassee Industrial Park offers an 80 acre complex.  The Industrial Park is located on Alabama state highway 229, 6 miles north of I-85 via exit 26.  Emergency services (police and fire) as well as gas (6 inch line), water (10 inch line), and sewage (8 inch line) are provided by the City of Tallassee.  Electric power is provided by Alabama Power.  Prices for lots are negotiable.


Tallassee Industrial Park South   

On the southwest outskirts of Tallassee, Tallassee Industrial Park South offers a 234 acre complex.  The South Park is located 3 miles north of I-85 via exit 26 Alabama state highway 229.  Emergency services (police and fire) as well as gas (6 inch line), water (10 inch line), and sewage (8 inch line) are provided by the City of Tallassee.  Electric power is provided by Alabama Power.   Prices for lots are negotiable.


Donald Reeves Airport Park   

On the southeast edge of Tallassee, the Donald Reeves Airport Park offers a 280 acre complex.  The Airport Park is located 8 miles north of I-85 via exit 26 just across the Tallapoosa River bridge.  Emergency services (police and fire) as well as gas (6 inch line), water (10 inch line), and sewage (8 inch line) are provided by the City of Tallassee.  Electric power is provided by Alabama Power.  Prices for lots are negotiable.
